TRIO SKOOL / LEARNING GUIDE
Find Tasks Worth Automating
Start automation with a small, repeated task. A clear process is easier to improve than a workflow with many exceptions and unclear inputs.
Map the current steps
Write down the trigger, required inputs, decisions and final output. Identify where a person needs to review quality or approve an action.
Choose a low-risk first workflow
Organising files, drafting notes or collecting information can be useful starting points. Keep external sending, payments and sensitive decisions behind review.
Test with sample data
Run a small example and inspect the output. Check what happens when an input is missing, duplicated or formatted differently.
Keep ownership clear
Document how the workflow runs, where errors appear and who reviews the result. Automation should make a process easier to manage and recover.
